The E2W combines an extremely rigid symmetrical straight side frame design with a Komatsu center drive, two-point slide mechanism and 6-point centerline gibs. The reduced deflection numbers of this design contribute to greater part quality and reduced die wear, especially in progressive die applications. G Series Presses

The Komatsu "G" Series Straight Side Presses are designed to produce higher part quality and maximum uptime in general purpose stamping applications. "G" Series Presses are available in Eccentric Drive (E2G) or Link Motion Drive (L2G) configurations. Link Motion Drive provides reduced snap through force and slower speeds for controlled forming at the bottom of the stroke.
