Tube and Pipe Notcher
Model 800 Tube and Pipe Notcher - Eccentric Cut
  • Mill type notches that uses only one end to mill to notch from mill size, up to 3 without changing tooling.
  • Operator adjusted eccentric path requires only one cutter to notch weld joints on tubing, pipe, or solids with outside diameters of 1.00 to 3.00.  This unique feature means cost savings are ongoing. Notching under 1.00 is achieved by installing the optional .50 cutter and adapter bushings for notches up to 1.00.
  • Large single-direction handwheel allows user to feed cutter through an eccentric path crating a precision weld joint with one quick pass, saving time and money.
  • Eccentric cut can be used to plunge or cut holes through tubing wall or used for applications that require perfect weld joints to connect passage ways for air or fluids, reducing the need for expensive tees and elbows.
  • Create perfect weld joints in chromolly, mild steel stainless steel and aluminum.
